General Guidelines
Every participant will have to make an Oral Presentation based on the accepted paper.
Materials Provided by Conference Organizers
- Laptops with (MS Office, Open Office or Acrobat Reader).
- Projectors and Screens.
- LASER Pointer Sticks.
Materials to be brought by the Presenter for the Conference
- Soft Copy of the Presentation (Using MS Office, Open Office or as PDF files.
Duration of the Sessions
- Regular Oral Presentations: 10 Minutes of Presentation and 5 Minutes of Question and Answer.
- Invited Speakers: 1 Hour of Presentation and 30 Minutes of Question and Answer.
